The information on water use can already be received via mobile phone

Subscribers of Georgian Amelioration now can receive service-related information even more easily - by dialing *303#OK from their mobile phones.

Within the framework of the service, the users can receive information regarding current balance, water use schedule and irrigation issues; check or request correction of bills (liabilities, credits).

A water user can add the desired mobile phone number in the application by indicating his (the water user's) personal number - the process is simple and automated.

The new service ensures fast, comfortable and transparent communication of subscribers with Georgian Amelioration.

At the first stage the digital service is available to the customers of "Magticom" and "Silknet".

The service has been launched  by GNERC - Georgian National Energy and Water Regulatory Commission.
